I can't believe the new lawn rolls grew on what use to be a waste land. Follow the directions and keep it watered and you will be shocked.

This stuff really works you have to water it 3 times a day for the first 2 weeks after putting it down but it really does start growing little tender shoots of Bermuda grass which is what I got, we need that kind of grass down here in the Hot Texas Sun something that won't burn up so easy. Anyway that's my review it worked for us I still see some spots where it didn't grow in very well but for the most part it covered the area I wanted it to cover.

This worked right away. it covered the area - stopped the dirt from spreading. kept the seeds from flying away. Grass started growing the next days.

Great stuff.. easy to use, easy to cut, easy to stake down.... and it REALLY DOES THE JOB! I had a new terrace built of soil and seeded it and covered it and the steep slope terrace dropoff with this product. We then got hit with 6" of rain in 24 hours as the aftermath of a hurricane. The hillside and terrace held.... NO EROSION!! THIS PRODUCT IS GRRRRREAT!

It works! I didn't pay attention to the various kinds of grass; so I bought high traffic to start with. When I realized my space would need two rolls, I bought shade grass. There is a distinctive line, but I think as time goes by it will become less so. I did not get all the roots of the weeds, so they grew really well, too. The skunks and raccoon dug in moist earth and tore the paper, but I was able to pat it back down and the grass grew in. I am not a perfectionist and it worked! I am really happy with the product

Strangely good product, I'll be buying more. Easy to use, and honestly I don't remember what i paid but I'm sure it was far less than buying seed. I had some issues because we had a rain storm that I wasn't expecting. I had some wash out occur but my most difficult spot to grow grass is actually doing really well. I also had a puppy and children that have .42 acre of yard to play in. Anyhow, I'm about to order some more and this time I'll try to protect it better. Either way, I'm far happier with this product than I've ever been with grass seed.

Works great, has help solve my erosion problem, will purchase again. If you take your time when unrolling it you shouldn't have any problems. Use on area that washes out after every heavy rainfall, after laying this product, that problem is none existing now. You will need to pin the product down, I used 2" fabric pins, hope this helps someone.

Easy to "plant"
I live in rural WA, so this review will definitely need an update, but so far I've been watering it it has kind of sprouted in certain spots but not fully and it was really easy to lay down in my yard. 50 square feet is a whole lot bigger than I thought it was going to be which is nice I definitely won't need as many of these as I thought I was going to. But I only bought one roll to test it out before I decided to do my whole yard. My dogs haven't eaten it or chewed it up which is great as of yet and it hasn't been raining a lot until today so we've just been watering it as normal and so far so good.

Quick and easy fix to bare spots.
I first tried it in a really bad area of my lawn. Waited til after our days of rain came to a halt. I raked the soil a bit then placed pieces on top of soil. Used those metal lawn clamps to hold it down. Used the hose to lightly wet it a couple of times a day but after 3 days I honestly forgot to water it. On one section I put soil on top but on another just left it bare.
Its been almost 3 weeks now and it has rained twice in the past week. Although I lost track of taking care of this area by watering it lightly 3 times a day, I noticed today grass has been growing and its about an inch and a half high. Imagine if I did exactly what the instructions stated and watered it everyday.

Really does grow grass!
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ "I have struggled for two years to grow grass in this one location due to poor drainage and grass seed always washing away, even with straw on top. This product did the trick and I'll let the picture speak for itself. That was bare dirt (clay dirt I might add) before putting the grass matt down. The original picture was taken on April 5th, and the upper picture is what I have on May 3rd. Less than one months time. Pretty amazing."

Wow! Growing grass fast in 2 weeks!
I've had a terrible time getting grass to grow in a few areas of my yard. I've tried seed and that combo mulch/seed stuff in a shaker bottle. Nothing worked. So I bought this product, skeptical, but hoping it might work. I was shocked at how fast it's growing! There is no way regular seed would grow that fast! The picture is at just 2 weeks. WOW! I only bought two rolls to test out, but I'm going to buy a few more rolls to fix a few more areas during the fall season so next year I'll hopefully have a great lawn finally.
