Shipping policy

 All orders will be dispatched within 2 working days from our warehouse. Orders received over the weekend or on a public holiday will be dispatched within 1-2 working days. Due to COVID19 and current restrictions, deliveries are taking 5-10 working days on average.

Your tracking number will be provided within 1-2 business days of your order being placed. Please note that there may be a delay in updates from your tracking number. Some packages are being delivered even after having no tracking whatsoever. This is not on our end, it is due to the shipping carrier, so please keep this in mind when tracking your parcel.

Is this Free Shipping? Sure is!, We provide Free standard delivery, temporarily, expedited shipping is not available due to current restrictions, we cannot control the current shipping time. Note; Delivery time only starts after buyers' payments have been cleared and the item has been dispatched from our warehouse (usually 1 working day after receipt of cleared payment).
